YAMAHA M1A PIANO in San Antonio, Texas

Must Sell! I'm only selling this piano because I need the money. I bought it brand new. The serial no. (Rxxxx613) indicates that it was manufactured in xxxx. Make me an offer.
After almost 30 years, it does have a few cosmetic issues, but I've played it almost every day and it still sounds great except  the it does need tuning.
The music stand on this model wasn;t realy built to hold large music books and that's why it is broken. I did do a "home repair" just to make it functional. Also, the top of the bench needs refinishing. However, neither of these iissues affects the sound in any way.
Overall, I would say the piano is in somewhere between fair and good condition. I looked in the "Piano Blue Book" and the resale value seems to be between $xxxx and $xxxx. I'm selling it for $xxxx. Some of the pictures I'm attaching have an erroneous location label in the bottom right corner. The time and date stamps are correct.
I'm selling this piano on an "as is,"  "where is" basis. Buyer is responsible for moving the piano to its new location. A professional piano moving service is highly recommended.
